Invisible Disabilities, Invisible People

Story Mentally disabled, whos disabilities are not visable, struggle to live off a basic disability allowance, that doesn't enable them to live decently.  MK Ilan Gilon is promoting a bill to raise the disability allowance to minimum wage. He says "the state is an insurance company.
