OCTOBER 2000 (and fifteen?)

Story 15 years have passed since the events of October 2000, the start of the second intifada. Back then, mass demonstrations broke out in Israel and the occupied territories, demanding an end to national discrimination and oppression. Demonstrations, even within the Green Line were met with deadly suppression - 13 Arab-Palestinian demonstrators were killed by police and military forces. Today, 15 years later, discrimination and national oppression remained at large and with that the feelings of anger and resistance. What has changed? What hasnt changed? And where is it all going?
