Story To protect human rights and balance them with military needs during the war and times of occupation, the United Nations created the International Humanitarian Law. During the conquest of lands in the Intifada and the Lebanon war, both sides of the dispute breached these rules. Israel social TV and the PCATI created a series on the topic of humanitarian law.
