Story

In Israel, thousands of "homeless" living in the streets due to bankruptcy, work accidents and the cost of living. The "housing first" program in many countries, gives access to public property and real estate in favor of the homeless. In Israel, despite the new regulations of the Ministry of Interior that permit municipalities to build cheap rental buildings on public areas, this was not done, and care for the homeless inadequate and does not lead to their rehabilitation. What will be the fate of the residents of the Arlozorov encampment, that the building of the the light rail will result in their eviction?
