Story
The only person responsible for safety at the construction site legally and operationally is the foreman appointed by the developer or the contractor. But the foreman answers primarily to the person who appointed him for the execution of the construction project efficiently and under stress conditions. Should the foreman bear criminal responsibility in the event of an accident at the site? And why is the state not willing to appoint another worker that will be responsible for safety?
