Against McDonald's

Story Oct. 16 is International Food Day of the UN, but it is also a protest day against McDonald’s. This protest against McDonald’s began on a small scale. In the ‘80s, activists published this flyer which describes the McDonald’s chains harmful activities against animals and the environment.McDonald’s responded with a libel suit resulting in a prolonged court suit lasting years and was defined as, “The most expensive public relations disaster of an international company”. The court case costs McDonald’s more than 10 million British pounds. Last Wednesday, Israeli activists went to the streets to remind us of the protest day. Language:  Hebrew Subtitles:  English
