The Nakba Day ceremony took place at Tel Aviv University on May 14, 2018, demanding that the Jewish public recognize the injustice done to the Palestinians in 1948. The demonstrators wanted to remind us that the Nakba did not end in 1948, but it continues in various forms, Umm al- Hiran in favor of a Jewish settlement that was rehabilitated in its place – Hiran. Later that day, it was discovered that more than 50 Gazans were killed by the Israeli army and more than 1,000 were wounded by live ammunition. As one of the interviewees said: "There is a connection between what is happening here and what is happening in Gaza - we are talking about different parts of the same picture." Language:
