Netanya against the disabled

Story

"Overall, people with disabilities want to be a part of the population, want to reach the city center." It is not easy to be confined to a wheelchair in Netanya. The handicapped parking isn't suitable for elevator adapted vehicles, the slope of the entrance to the court is dangerous and the mayor is not willing to hold a dialogue with the residents.
