Jordanian labor laws in Nitzanei Shalom

Coverage The National Labor Court discussed on Tuesday (14/7/2015), in their appeal of three Palestinian workers who were laid off without severance pay and without rights in Yamit Filtration at the Nitzanei Shalom industrial zone. The discussion raised questions of principle and precedent-setting relating to the status of Palestinian workers in the settlements. The judges rejected their decision to later date.
