Erasing the heritage of Beit Jibrin

Story In 2014, UNESCO declared the Caves of Maresha and Beit Guvrin a World Heritage Site.The document proclaiming the site stipulates the eras in which civilized life existed in it including the Persian, Hellenic, Roman, Byzantine etc but the rich life of Palestinians that existed at the site for centuries until 1948 is omitted from UNESCO's description.
