Story
They took over state lands decades ago and live there without permits. The police dare to enter their villages to impose order only with Special Forces. But as every child knows, they are nomads. And as such, they never had any connection to the land and certainly not ownership. Most have been served with demolition orders for illegal construction, but they show contempt for the law and are not deterred. The state acts leniently toward them offering them rehabilitation programs and relocation in new cities which have been created especially for them. However, they insist on living in tents and shacks and refuse to enjoy modernization that humanity offers. Is that so? Language:
