Pride in the Periphery

Story We are all familiar with the ‘well-known’ gay parade in Tel Aviv, but gay parades in cities in the periphery are rarer. Last year, the first gay parade in Ashdod took place and thousands participated. This year, members of the city council have already asked to duplicate the parade route running from the city center park to Lakish Park, located on the outskirts of the city.
