Studio Switzerland will gather this weekend, as part of FIFA's annual congress, over 200 representatives of the football associations around the world. On the agenda, Israel's decision to suspend the organization, or to impose sanctions following the repeated complaints of the Palestinian Football Association. FIFA boycott of Israel would be a step in relation to boycotts of international artists. Also executive director of the New Israel Fund, FIFA president appealed, asking that Israel did not heed the games. The efforts of human rights organizations and the new fund to raise the plight of the Palestinian public awareness would lead to a change, did not work particularly in recent decades. On the other hand, the turnaround made by the Palestinians to get attention Israelis - abandonment of terrorist attacks, international pressure, is admirable. Therefore surprising new fund intervention during its attempt to sabotage Palestinian, just before the latter, successful non-violent struggle to reach nearly every home in Israel. Perhaps the Foundation director general's letter, originally published in Hebrew, and does not appear on the Facebook page and on English horn, primarily addressing the Israeli public, a move intended to approach him.
